Development Advisor
Your missions
As a planning advisor, you establish contact with each client in order to support them in their purchasing actions. You identify the needs of your contacts through proactive listening and offer products and services that correspond to their requests, supporting arguments, and guarantee quality customer service.
Skills and qualities sought:
- At least 1 year of active sales experience, in the furniture sector a major asset, otherwise in a related sector;- Commitment and desire to achieve sales objectives;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers;
- Sense of organization and attention to detail;
- Master Word / Excel;
- Intermediate English;
Terms :
- Permanent position
- 35h-40h per week – be available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Fixed + % on commissions on personal sales + bonus on objectives
- Insurance after 3 months
