Picking up your order

You will need to present your invoice and photo ID (e.g. driving license). The name and address on the ID must match the contact details on the invoice.

Note that Kif-Kif Import will not release the merchandise if the above procedures cannot be performed to allow valid customer identification.

Warehouse Pickup

Once we notify you that an order is ready, be sure to follow these steps:

  • Come to the warehouse at 9600 Meilleur, suite 530 H2N 2E3 - Montréal.
  • Park your vehicle at a loading dock.
  • Report to Unit #530
  • Once the required documents are verified, our associate will ask you to return to your vehicle, open the trunk and stay inside your car.
  • Our teams will come and load your items into the trunk.
  • You will need to sign a copy of your invoice.
  • Be sure to double check that all paid products have been placed in your vehicle before leaving.

Pick-up in store

Once confirmation is received by the advisor that the order is ready:

  • go to the designated store, checking beforehand opening hours.
  • Please speak to a sales advisor inside the store.
  • The advisor will validate your identity documents and have you sign the reception documents. He/she will then direct you to collect your order.

IMPORTANT

  • Our stores do not have warehouse space, please collect your order as soon as possible. If you cannot collect your order for several weeks, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Arrive 30 minutes before the store closes.
  • Before your visit, please pay attention to the packaging dimensions and weight of your products.
  • You are responsible for handling your order. Plan to be accompanied because our advisors are not authorized to handle heavy loads.
  • Make sure you have a suitable vehicle to transport your furniture.
